I believe that it’s so important to practice some self care on your birthday and to do the things that you love.. It can be as small as dressing up and having a little beauty routine where you have a nice bath a nice face mask a glass of wine or procecco and to just practice some self care.. or you can maybe take some time out of the day and treat yourself to a delicious cup of tea with a little treat like a biscuit or some chocolates while reading your favourite magazine.. I think that your Birthday is the perfect occasion where you can really treat yourself and to do the things that you love and are making you happy. I always love to dress up on my birthday and to wear a beautiful princess inspired dress.. Have a beautiful cake made for my birthday and invite my close friends to have a wonderful sign tea at our local tea room.. Just a little day to do the things that I love and that are making me happy.. and it can be different things for everyone.. Just make sure that you treat yourself on your birthday and to just do the things that you love and that are making you happy..
