This year I had a wonderful High Tea at Peggy Porschen, the High was called Buds of Spring and it truly looked so magical and everything was truly so delicious, I’ve had the yummiest cupcake that looked like a pink flower it was the rhubarb-strawberry cupcake, I also had the most adorable butterfly cookies covered in pretty floral, There was also the cutest little easter lemon cake that had some chocolate eggs in pretty pastel colors on top and some lemon glaze, There was also the most adorable little pink tart decorated with some pretty edible blossom flowers, I also had some delicious scones with some clotted cream and jam, and the most delicious sandwiches, my favourite ones were the salmon and eggs salads ones, these were truly so delicious, I also had a cup of tea and a pink rose prosecco and we also ordered a little carrot cake cupcake which was truly so delicious as well.. The high tea was called buds of Spring and it was truly the most magical high tea I felt like a true Princess in the Spring. Such a wonderful treat.
