You just get your favourite apples, I just love these pink lady ones.. they’re from Tesco and they truly taste so delicious and so sweet, You can also get some green apples if you prefer, they’re more sour taste apples.. Then you will heat some buttercream in the microwave for 2 minutes.. Then you add the heated buttercream into a bowl and you add some pink food coloring (I make them pink but you can use any colour you like) Then you add the apple to the bowl and you cover the whole apples with the buttercream, make sure that your whole apple is covered, I also like to use a little spoon. If you make these with your children let the buttercream just cool off for a little bit before they get their little hands in, let it come to room temperature, but not too cold because it will harden quite fast. Once you covered your whole apple with the buttercream you let it drip for a little bit to make sure that all of the access buttercream drips back into the bowl and there you have it, your own very easy to make pink candied apple. You will repeat this process for your next apples and once you have all the apples covered with the buttercream you will let them harden just for a little bit and then you have your own very easy to make pink candied apples. Such a fun little activity to do for the Fall and Winter season, these are also very adorable for the Christmas season, such a nice little treat.
