The first thing that you need to create this costume is to pick out your favourite Selkie dress you can purchase a new one or you can pick a Selkie dress that you have already having in your closet ( the dress doesn’t need to be from Selkie) as long as you have a cute puff dress in some pretty pastel colours or any other colours for that matter.. It can even be a dress from Shein or Amazon I have seen so many Selkie inspired dresses there and they are much more affordable.. Then you need a witch hat.. I have DIY mine myself I am sharing the tutorial for how to make your own witch hat which is very easy to make.. I think that this is such an adorable cute look and the fun thing about this look is that you can customize it just how you want..
